I’m the founder of Perri Skin and a biochemist dedicated to creating

all-natural skincare solutions. With 10 years of skincare experience, I focus on formulating products that are effective for all skin types. My passion for skincare comes from a deep desire to help others feel beautiful and confident in their

own skin.

I’m also a proud mom and wife, and when I’m not working, I love hiking, rescuing animals, and diving into research. Music and dance are close to my heart, as I was a competitive dancer for 23 years. I’m based in Chicago, IL, and if you ever have any questions, I’m always here to help!

Dr. Leela Athalye

Board Certifited Dermatologist &

Perri Skin Board Member

Hi, I’m Dr. Athalye, a board-certified dermatologist committed to delivering exceptional medical and cosmetic care for all ages and skin types. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA, my medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed my dermatology residency at Western University, where I served as chief resident.

Passionate about both education and global health, I’ve volunteered in California teaching skincare and joined medical missions abroad to help underserved communities. My goal is to make every patient feel informed, cared for, and confident in their skin.

When I’m not in the clinic, I love traveling, dancing, and connecting with people about all things

skin health.

Racheal Haynes

Hi, I’m Racheal Haynes, a skincare professional with a background in chemistry and over a decade of self-study in herbalism. I’m a graduate of the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics (SBMA), where I trained in an integrative approach to skin health that blends science with holistic care. I believe every individual is unique, and I approach skincare with intention, honoring the body’s natural healing processes while relying on clean, evidence-based solutions.

Through personalized virtual consultations, I focus on education, ingredient awareness, and long-term skin health. My goal is to empower clients to feel confident in their natural radiance with routines that are simple, effective, and aligned with Perri Skin’s mission of delivering nontoxic, scientifically formulated skincare

I’m here to guide you with care and expertise, so you feel empowered and radiant every step of the way.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids, married to my best friend, and always dreaming up my next travel adventure

My passion for creating and editing content comes from a genuine desire to help Perri Skin grow into one of the leading skincare brands—empowering people to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Outside of work, I’m a proud fur dad who loves playing video games, camping, freediving, and even a few extreme adventures like cliff diving. Music is also a big part of my life—I enjoy covering songs whenever I can. I’m based in the Philippines, but my work connects me with people and projects from all over the world.
